Guidelines on running a Study Group

Is there any information anywhere on general format of study groups, tips on conducting and participating?
There are no formal instructions as such for a study group or how to run one. Indeed, if you are simply meeting with friends to read and discuss the Course, that may be all you need know 
If you check out the web site you will find an article entitled “Study Groups – What’s Stopping You?” from Issue 003 of the Branching in the Road newsletter (See side link “the Branch”)
The article will give you some hints, and some pitfalls, to be aware of.
As with anything you do, there is but one question you need ask (and ask often): “What is my purpose?”
