I am not the figure in the dream.
I am not its sensations.
I am not its thoughts.
I am not its feelings of being in a body.
I am not its ideas of the future.
I am not its idea of who it is.
I am not its pictures of the past.
If I am not any of these things then why identify with them?
I am not the action of holding on or identifying.
I am the dreamer of the dream.
Perfectly free,
Perfectly unidentified,
Coincident to but entirely untouched by whatever seems to be the case.
I am the dreamer of the dream.
I AM.
